Shipping, returns and care
Shipping
We ship across India from Kumaon, Uttarakhand. Orders over ₹1,500 ship free; below that, shipping is a flat ₹99.
Ready pieces leave us in 2–5 days. Personalised pieces leave 7–10 days after you approve the sketch. Delivery takes another 3–7 days depending on your PIN code.
Every framed piece is wrapped in bubble wrap and corner guards and packed in a rigid box.
Returns
If something arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Personalised pieces are made only for you, so we can’t take them back unless they arrive damaged or different from the sketch you approved.
Caring for your piece
- Dust Aipan with a soft dry cloth. Keep it out of direct rain and long afternoon sun.
- Wipe framed glass with a barely damp cloth, never spray cleaner directly.
- Hand-wash crochet in cool water, press out the water in a towel and dry flat.
- Re-shape crochet petals with your fingers. The wire inside holds them in place.
